How to delete your RƎNUA account and data
How to Delete Your Account
- Open RƎNUA on your Android device
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation)
- Tap Data Management
- Tap Delete My Account
- Confirm by entering your password
- Your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion
Can't access the app? Email support@r3nua.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted

| Local app data (on your device) | Deleted when you uninstall the app | Immediate |
| Anonymized aggregate data | Retained (cannot be linked to you) | Not deleted |
| Legal/compliance records | Retained per legal requirements | Up to 7 years |
Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You can delete specific data while keeping your account:
- Go to Settings > Data Management
- Choose what to delete:
- Individual tracking entries
- Chat history
- Biomarker records
- Cycle tracking data
- Confirm deletion
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data before deleting if you wish to keep a copy. Active subscriptions should be cancelled in the Google Play Store before account deletion.
